What is Rowlty actually worth
to your company?
Move six sliders. Every assumption behind the math is printed below the result, so you can argue with it — and you should.
Your company
Nobody converts every recovered hour into a sold job. We default this to 50% on purpose. Slide it to 100% if you want the theoretical maximum — but don't build a budget on it.
Before subtracting what Rowlty costs you.
The assumptions behind that number
These are deliberately conservative. If any of them are wrong for your company, tell us and we'll rerun it with your real figures on the call.
1. Admin hours returned — 6.5 hrs / rep / week at $38/hr loaded
Time spent writing up inspections, typing into the CRM, chasing photos, and drafting follow-up emails. $38/hr is a loaded cost for a $58k estimator with burden — not their commission-adjusted value, which is higher. We count only the sales and estimating side; office admin savings are excluded entirely.
2. Close rate lift — 1.5 percentage points
From same-visit proposals and follow-up that actually happens on time. We apply a 30% gross margin, so the figure shown is gross profit, not top line. Published speed-to-lead effects in home services are considerably larger than 1.5 points; we deliberately used a number we can defend in a room full of skeptics.
3. Callbacks and rework avoided — 1.4% of jobs at $1,150 each
Driven mainly by translated work orders and logged homeowner promises: the wrong color delivered, the dumpster on the septic field, the gate left open. $1,150 is a blended cost of a truck roll plus materials plus the lost hour.
4. Missed calls recovered — 35% of an assumed 11% miss rate
Inbound calls that currently go to voicemail after hours or during a storm surge. We assume Front Desk recovers only about a third of them, converts at your stated close rate, and again applies a 30% gross margin.
5. Realization factor — 50% by default
Every line above is then cut in half. This is the slider most ROI calculators don't have, and it's the one that matters most: a recovered hour is not automatically a sold job, and a recovered call is not automatically a signed contract. Set it to whatever you actually believe.
6. Cost side — full Pro pricing, no discount
$899/mo platform plus $89/user/mo at monthly rates, for every person you entered. Annual billing would cut this by roughly 17%, and field crew members using Rowlty Bridge don't consume seats — so your real cost is usually lower than what's shown here.
What this calculator does not count
Supplement dollars recovered by Rowlty Claims, faster collections from Rowlty Collect, reduced turnover from Rowlty Recruit, insurance premium effects from Rowlty Safety, or the value of the owner getting their Sundays back. Those are real, but they're too company-specific to model honestly on a slider.
This calculator produces an estimate for discussion, not a guarantee of results. Actual outcomes depend on your market, your team, and how consistently the tools get used.
Let's run it with your actual numbers.
Bring one month of job data to a 20-minute call and we'll build this out properly — including the parts the slider can't model. Susan Drake, VP of Sales, runs these herself.
