A "user" is anyone who logs in or is assigned a seat — estimators, office staff, production managers, owners. Field crew members using Rowlty Bridge on a shared jobsite phone do not need a seat. Add or remove seats any time; we prorate to the day.

If Rowlty isn't doing what we said it would in the first 90 days, cancel and we refund the platform fee for those months. Keep your data.

Before you ask
Do my field crews each need a paid seat?
No. Rowlty Bridge runs on a shared jobsite phone or tablet, and crew members using it don't consume seats. You pay for people who log in — estimators, office staff, production managers, owners.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans lock the rate for twelve months and take two months off the price. Enterprise agreements are typically annual, and we'll tell you why in plain terms rather than burying it.
What happens if we blow past the included minutes?
You keep working — nothing shuts off. Overage is billed at the rates above and we email you at 80% so it isn't a surprise. If you're consistently over, we'll move you to the plan that's cheaper for you.
Can we start with just the notetaker and the translator?
Yes — that's the Crew plan, and it's how most companies start. Add Front Desk before storm season when the phones get loud.
Do you take a percentage of jobs or charge per job?
No, and we won't. Your growth shouldn't raise your software bill on a curve you didn't agree to.
Is there a discount for multiple locations?
Yes. Enterprise includes unlimited locations under one platform fee, and seat pricing steps down above 100 seats. Susan Drake, our VP of Sales, will put the actual number in writing before you have to decide anything.
