Built for roofers, not "contractors in general"

Your crew is great.
Your paperwork is killing you.

Rowlty is an AI crew that rides along with your estimators, translates for your installers, and runs your CRM so nothing falls through the roof.

The real problem

Roofing doesn't lose money on the roof.
It loses money between the roof and the office.

Every job passes through six hand-offs. Each one is a chance for something to get lost, mistranslated, or never written down at all.

The estimator's memory

Three inspections into the day, nobody remembers the homeowner mentioned the nursery ceiling stain. It shows up as a callback six weeks later.

The language gap

The homeowner asks the crew where the dumpster goes. Nobody on the roof speaks English. She calls the office. The office calls the foreman. Forty minutes, gone.

The CRM nobody updates

You bought the software. Your reps stopped touching it in week three. Now your pipeline is a group text and a whiteboard.

The Rowlty suite

Twelve AI teammates. One monthly bill.

Turn on what you need. Every module shares the same job record, so the notetaker, the translator, and the CRM are all looking at the same roof.

01 — Sales & estimating

Rowlty Notes

An AI notetaker that rides in the estimator's pocket. Records the walk-around, fills the inspection form, drafts the proposal before he's off the driveway.

02 — Field crews

Rowlty Bridge

Live two-way translation in 42 languages. The homeowner speaks English, the crew hears Spanish. Works on the roof, offline, through a phone speaker.

03 — Operations

Rowlty CRM

A CRM that updates itself. It moves stages, logs calls, chases stale leads, and tells you every Monday which deals are quietly dying.

04 — Intake

Rowlty Front Desk

Answers every call and text in 2 rings, 24/7. Qualifies storm leads, books the inspection on the right rep's calendar, never sounds like a robot.

05 — Insurance

Rowlty Claims

Reads the carrier's scope, finds what they missed, and writes the supplement with line items and code citations attached.

06 — Estimating

Rowlty Measure

Aerial roof measurement and material takeoff in about 8 minutes. Squares, pitch, ridge, valley, waste factor, priced against your supplier list.

07 — Sales

Rowlty Proposals

Good-better-best options with photos from the inspection, financing built in, and e-signature. Sent before you leave the neighborhood.

08 — Growth

Rowlty Reputation

Asks for the review at the exact right moment, drafts your replies, and quietly routes the unhappy ones to a human first.

09 — Field safety

Rowlty Safety

Toolbox talks, JHAs, and fall-protection checklists generated daily in each crew's language, with photo sign-off from the jobsite.

10 — Cash flow

Rowlty Collect

Chases the deductible, the mortgage check, and the final draw with polite, relentless, perfectly-timed follow-up.

11 — People

Rowlty Recruit

Screens applicants by text in their language, checks availability, and runs day-one onboarding paperwork before they show up.

12 — Owner's seat

Rowlty Pulse

Ask your business anything. "Which rep's jobs go over on labor?" "What's my real margin on TPO this quarter?" Answers in plain English.

01 — Rowlty Notes

The estimator talks. Rowlty types.

He taps record when he gets out of the truck. Rowlty listens through the whole inspection — the attic, the ladder, the kitchen table close — and turns it into a finished job record.

  • Auto-fills your inspection form: decking condition, layers, ventilation, penetrations
  • Tags every photo to the slope and defect he was describing when he took it
  • Captures homeowner promises verbatim so "he said he'd move my grill" is on record
  • Writes the follow-up email in the homeowner's own words, in your voice
  • Works with no signal — syncs when the truck hits LTE again

02 — Rowlty Bridge

Your crew and the homeowner, finally in the same conversation.

Hold up the phone. She talks. The crew hears it in Spanish, out loud, a half-second later. They answer, she hears English. No app for her to download, no interpreter to call.

  • 42 languages including Spanish, K'iche', Mam, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Polish, Ukrainian
  • Speaker mode for driveway conversations, headset mode for the roof
  • Knows roofing vocabulary — "ice and water shield" doesn't come out as "ice water"
  • Translates your foreman's written work order into the crew's language automatically
  • Keeps a transcript on the job record, so "nobody told me" stops being a defense

03 — Rowlty CRM

The only CRM your reps don't have to update.

It reads the calls, the texts, the inspection notes, and the signed docs — then moves the deal itself. Your reps do the selling. Rowlty does the typing.

  • Stages advance from real evidence: proposal opened, contract signed, permit pulled
  • Flags deals that have gone quiet before they go cold
  • Drafts the next follow-up and waits for a thumbs-up to send it
  • Monday morning pipeline briefing in your inbox, written like a person wrote it
  • Or keep the CRM you have — Rowlty writes into JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Salesforce, HubSpot

Getting started

Live in ten days, not two quarters.

We've done this enough times to know that a roofing company can't stop selling for a software rollout.

Day 1 — Listen

We ride along on two inspections and sit in on a Monday production meeting. No slides.

Day 2–4 — Wire it up

We connect your CRM, phones, calendar, supplier pricing, and inspection forms. You keep your process.

Day 5–8 — Pilot one crew

One estimator, one install crew. They break it, we fix it, nobody else is disrupted.

Day 9–10 — Roll out

Training in English and Spanish, 40 minutes each. Then we stay on the phone through your first storm.

Fits your stack

Keep the tools you already pay for.

Rowlty is a layer, not a replacement. If you love AccuLynx, keep AccuLynx — Rowlty just stops making your people type into it.

Don't have a CRM yet?

Use Rowlty CRM as your system of record. It's included in every plan and it's the only one on the market your reps won't quietly abandon — because there's nothing for them to fill in.

What would 6.5 hours a week per rep be worth to you?

Move five sliders and see what Rowlty is actually worth to your company — admin hours returned, jobs saved from going cold, callbacks avoided, and missed calls recovered. Our assumptions are printed right on the page so you can argue with them.

What roofers say after 60 days

Early-access customers across the Southeast storm belt.

My best estimator was writing proposals at 9pm. Now they go out from the driveway and he's home for dinner. That alone paid for it.
RMRay M.Owner · 22-truck residential, Columbia SC
Bridge ended the daily phone tag between my foreman and the office. Homeowners are shocked they can just talk to the crew.

I've bought three CRMs in nine years. This is the first one my guys didn't have to be nagged about, because they don't have to touch it.

Straight answers

The questions every roofer asks us first

Do my guys have to learn software?

No. The estimator taps one button. The crew holds up a phone. That's the training. The people who have to learn anything new are in the office, and it takes about 40 minutes.

Is the AI making up measurements or damage?

Rowlty Notes only writes down what was said and photographed — it doesn't invent findings. Rowlty Measure works from aerial imagery and reports a confidence score, and anything below threshold gets flagged for a human to confirm. Nothing goes to a homeowner without a person approving it.

Do we have to rip out our CRM?

No. Rowlty writes into JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Salesforce, HubSpot, and ServiceTitan. Use Rowlty CRM only if you want to.

Is it recording homeowners without telling them?

No. Rowlty announces recording out loud and logs consent, with settings for two-party consent states. You control retention, and you can delete any recording permanently. See our security and data page.

What happens when a storm hits and we triple in size for six weeks?

Add seats the day you need them and drop them when the surge ends. We prorate. Storm work is the whole reason we built seat pricing this way.

Bring the owl to your next Monday meeting.

Twenty minutes, screen shared, with your own numbers in it. If it isn't obviously worth it, we'll tell you so and give you back the other ten minutes.
